Returns help ensure your satisfaction with our products.
Timeframe You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Beyond that period, returns may not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
● Items must be new and unused.
● Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
● Returns without prior approval (RMA) may be delayed or rejected.
Return Authorization Contact support@RADICALCHANGE.com before shipping anything back. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and the address for returns.
Shipping Responsibility Customers cover return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Processing Once received, we’ll inspect the item and issue your refund or exchange. This usually takes 5–7 business days.
Example Case If you ordered the wrong size, email us with your order number. Once we approve, send it back in new condition, and we’ll process an exchange or refund
