REFUND POLICY
At RADICAL-CHANGE, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
Eligibility for Refunds
● You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
● Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
● Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
● Gift cards, downloadable products, or digital files
● Opened hygiene-related products (cosmetics, undergarments, etc.)
● Personalized or custom-made items
Refund Process
1. Email support@RADICALCHANGE.com with subject “Refund Request – [Order #]”.
2. Provide details and attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
3. Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
After We Receive Your Item We’ll inspect it within 3–5 business days.
● If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.● If denied, we’ll contact you with an explanation and options (e.g., partial refund or exchange).
Example Case A customer receives the wrong color product. They send photos, and we confirm the issue. We then offer either a full refund or a replacement at no cost.
